PSA For The Greensboro, NC USPS Regional Distribution Center
Sellers (and buyers), if you have any mail/packages passing through this facility, expect delays. USPS is rerouting some things due to the backlog at this location. Some items have been sitting there for two weeks or more. Although I'm close to this facility, some of my packages have been rerouted to the Washington D.C. area for initial processing. I only started noticing issues about a week ago, and was able to get some information yesterday about it.
In addition to delays, the Postmaster at my local USPS told me there have been some packages showing delivered when they have not been delivered. They have confirmed these errors through internal tracking. As far as I know, this is only an issue with items passing through Greensboro.

·1 year agoAll my stuff goes through Greensboro and boy do I have a ton of customers so mad thinking I haven’t shipped it. I’ve submitted more missing mail searches in the last 2 weeks than I do probably for 6 months. I wish eBay could post something to customers regarding the post office because I know it’s just not our area that is doing this,but they won’t
