proof of delivery
Ebay have asked me for proof of delivery of the items i have sold What is that and how can i provide them the proof of delivery of the items i have already given them the tracking numbers

·3 years ago1.) The dept asking for the tracking is not connected to the 'other' part of ebay that shows the tracking
2.) Asking for tracking is a blanket thing they do when they really want much more info like receipts of new items being sold (and NOT from a liquidator; they are looking for an authorized distributor of the brands you are selling)

·3 years agoYOu need to give ebay the tracking # again. I don't know why they make sellers jump through hoops if they print through ebay and ebay already has the tracking #.

·3 years agoCan you provide more info? Did the buyer open an "Item Not Received" claim? If so, you need to upload tracking information to that claim.

·3 years agothe tracking numbers are very important.........thats all you need to supply ebay with
any one can sell but ebay wants to make sure that sellers are actually getting the goods delivered
ebay likes a history of tracked delivery. that is very important. just as important as making the sale

·3 years agoTracking numbers either show that the item was delivered, Or that the item was NOT delivered. That is the entire purpose of investing your hard earned money in tracking.
Are you receiving complaints from your buyers about non delivery?
You are a new seller with no feedback selling expensive items. eBAy wants to protect
your customers and make 100% sure you are shipping the items that you are selling so successfully.
