Problems shipping to Austraiilia
Had an issue with a buyer in Western Australia this week:
- International Shipping through Ebay hub is enabled
- Australia is not excluded
- Package is within weight and size limits
- Buyer received message "Unable to post to your country"
- Pirate Ship quoted me a rate to buyers exact address using USPS and same dimensions
- Support, while being very helpful, had no idea why it wasn't working, confirmed I had it all setup correctly.
Anybody else having this problem? Anyone figured out a workaround?
Thanks

·2 years agoSome of your listings show that you are shipping with EIS. Some are showing that you are shipping with UPS Worldwide Saver which is very expensive. Some of those items may not be eligible for EIS such as the empty beer can or PB magazines but you also have UPS for some items that should be eligible such as https://www.ebay.com/itm/134767818928?hash=item1f60c9b8b0:g:NB8AAOSwi6plKveH
And some of your items have shipping to the US only. You can check to see what your listings are showing by changing your location to Australia in the shipping tab on one listings. Then go to see other listings and refresh the page so that it changes to Australia.

If it was one of your old radio/radio parts listings, the issue might be in the vacuum tubes - specifically vacuum tubes that contain mercury.
