Problem with printing shipping label for ebay standard envelope

I can not print shipping label for ebay standard envelope for my eligible items in ebay categoria for stamps. I entered weigh 1 oz, envelope size 7"x4"x1". Still did not get option for printing label for ebay standard envelope.

Please help.

The 1" in the 7" x 4" is because you cannot enter a number smaller than the number 1. The problem today is for postage stamps at least they are suddenly limited to 10 per lot to use Ebay Standard Envelope. I have tried to find a person to change that criteria in the small text but to no help.

Try entering 6" x 4" x 0.2"

1' thickness is beyond std envelope measurements.
