printing an APO label on a 4x6 label printer

I need to ship to an APO address. The APO label is 8.5 X 11 with half the sheet being the shipping label and the other half is instructions. When trying to print to my 4X6 label printer, the entire sheet with both label and instructions prints out and is so small you need a magnifying glass to see it. There must be a way to print this normally like every other label I print. I'm sure someone must know. Thank you. Bob

On label purchase page â†’ bottom right â†’ Print format (PDF 4Ã—6) â†’ Change â†’ select PNG.
Enter weight + dimensions â†’ Purchase label.
In print preview â†’ Layout = Landscape.
Pages = Custom â†’ 1.
More settings â†’ Paper 100Ã—150 mm, Margins None, Scale 37.
Click Print.
Works every time on my 4Ã—6 thermal label printers. You may need to adjust the scale .

Pull up the PDF in photo editing software and cut off the instructions, then print just the label.

Next time you print a label, check to make sure you have the receipt/instructions unchecked and label size set to 4x6. Let us know if you need help locating those settings.
