Price Bands for Shipping
Is there a way to set custom pricing for shipping based on the value/subtotal of an order?
For example;
$0.00 to $49.99 - $9.99 Shipping
$50.00 to $99.99 - $5.00 Shipping
$100 and Above - $0 Shipping
Doesn't seem to be possible, is there a way we can submit a feature request?

·2 years agoHey @online_components . Go here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Next to 'promotional shipping rule' click edit. Set up your preferences on the pop-up and save.
After that I think you have to apply the rule to your listings which you can do with the bulk edit tool - unless you use biz policies in which case you'd apply it to your shipping policies.

OP2 years agoThanks, so if my minimum purchase amount is $100, do customers have the ability to get free expedited shipping options, or is that dependent on the business policies?

·2 years agoIt depends what you set up in your biz policy @online_components .
The shipping rule sets the $ thresholds. The biz policy sets the shipping service.
@online_components
I believe it can be done .
Go to your Marking tab in your seller hub.
Click Promotions
Next click the blue button that says Create promotion.
Next click Shipping discount.

I’m not entirely sure if you could create multiple versions of a shipping discount as you’re looking to do. I’ve never tried it myself.

·2 years agoI'm pretty sure it would work.
For the 0-50, it would be just a regular Flat Rate Shipping Policy $9.99 for everything listed - not a Promotion
Then 2 separate Promotions:
#1
Minimum Purchase Amount = $50
Flat Rate Shipping = $5
#2
Minimum Purchase Amount = $100
Free Shipping
Promotions don't stack, so there wouldn't be any overlap.
I used to do an over $150 purchase = free shipping
I still do a similar thing with Quantity Discounts for every item in my store, not just the items with more than 1 quantity. A buyer can mix and match items and still get a discount when buying more than one item. I have 3 separate Promotions that cover all of my listings.
Good to know, I didn’t want to be spewing misinformation. Thanks
