·7 months agoHi, Did your buyer file an INR case?? As others have said - we have had great luck in the past when opening a missing mail search. Also, you must respond if your buyer did file an INR case & not let it go to eBay. Good Luck!

·7 months agoI notice you live in Florida where there is a lot of 'freight forward' to other countries.
Check the feedbacks of buyer eBay ID to see if buyer is from another country.
Just a thought.
Sometimes a buyer will use an address in Florida where it goes on to another country and sometimes the place doesn't scan it as delivered in the USA address.

·7 months agoTo reiterate. You need to file a missing mail search. Very easy to do. Go to the USPS website and look for the link for missing mail. You may need to register on the USPS site.
I had a similar case with no movement for 5 days. Filed the search and it was delivered in a few days.
That being said, the buyer is entitled to a refund if you don't follow through. Your responsibility does NOT end when you ship something. You need to do all you can to get it actually delivered.
If it has been that long and the buyer has actually filed an INR do not delay and let ebay step in. Refund. From what I've read if a tracked item finally is delivered and you have refunded, ebay will reimburse you.
