Please Help! International Shipping.

My buyer in China keeps getting a message, when he gets to "Review Shipping," that says "Unfortunately this seller won't ship this item to JX, China." I am enrolled in International Shipping. I can't find anything in my listing that excludes China. Why can't my buyer purchase this lot of books from us?

Do you know the item number they are trying to purchase?

I have had this issue before to different countries. I figured out it was a restricted item in that country that is most likely why.

There are 2 places for International settings in the template. It is not intuitive.

You set it once under the International shipping area under "SHIPS TO".

Then you have to go down and remove it (unselect) from the "EXCLUDED LOCATIONS".

Thank you. I will see if I can find where you are talking about under International Shipping. I feel like I have visited everything about International Shipping and made sure I am on the correct settings. I double-checked my "excluded locations" and China is not checked.

Very frustrating...
