PIP (ebay label) insurance wont pay you.

currently the pip system and company is not working or is not responding so if you ship using eBay label there ARE NO REFUNDS FOR SELLER IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN SHIPPING OR IF THE BUYER WANTS TO SCAM YOU BY OPENING A CASE.

I have contacted ebay and they cant and WONT do anything about it

the case is the item didn't arrive and that's fine. BUT to ask for a refund using lost item which i insured the item with eBay label for up to $20. the web site for refunds has been down for a week and it looks like paying for an eBay label is a waste of time and money. customer service has done nothing and just wanted to let people know as a seller you are not backed by ebay and this opens everyone up to scams again.
