PayPal as shipping payment method no longer available?

Hello all,

On one of my stores I'm able to select PayPal as an option to buy for shipping, however I recently created another store, and as you can see below Paypal is not an option I can choose. I spoke with a support agent over the phone and he says Paypal is no longer an option for shipping.

Does anyone have insight on this, and whether or not that is true? I'm able to accrue a lot of airline miles through my credit card with this method so this would be a big hit.

I don't know if new sellers get the option anymore @vastorasupplyllc . I agree it stinks.
