Paid for shipping label and it disapeared - can not print now
I paid for a label and it went to the next page where you print. I clicked on print label and a Error 500 came up and I lost the label . I go to item page and it says ... You have already purchased a label for this order. You can view and void previously purchased labels on the SHIPPING LABEL PAGE.... well the item is not listed on that page. so I continued with my next item and paid and printed the label fine. so now my first label is gone and I cannot print or even void it out. and yes it generated a tracking number and everything

Find the order and use the drop-down menu to the left to 'Reprint label'.
