my post office is telling me that dropping off packages that are sure post can be dropped off a USPS ( they take sure post all day everyday!) which is combination carries like FedEx/USPS or UPS/USPS. eBay canâ€™t make the rules how sure post work for ISPS per the USPS. However I have has 5 packages with sure post SEIZED by US Marshalls for having no postage. Postage was purchase via eBay. The post office has not received the funds for any packages. I saw the information for myself. All says $0.00. What do I do?
