Package stuck on Your package is being cleared through customs for 5 days now
I ordered something on 30th of January everything was fine until 4th February it got stuck at (your package is being cleared through customs) for 5 days now and I don’t know if I need to do something extra the get it through customs btw the package is from Italy using poste it and going to Greece if someone knows any info please say thank you

OP2 years agoUpdate on this I called the customs office I was waiting 2 hours in a queue and I just gave up after that now has been stuck for 9 days don’t know what to do

Do nothing,
9 days is nothing.
Customs can take weeks/months if they want. Trying to 'call them' is like calling the IRS on April 15th...completely pointless.

·2 years agoOnce in Customs, an item can take 3 days, 3 weeks or 2 months to 'clear'. NOT unusual. It 'clears' when it 'clears'.

·2 years agoInternational shipments are always subject to delays of unknown periods of time. Contact the seller & have them reach out to the shipping courier if you want to be sure if there is anything else you need to do with your order or if there is anything they forgot to do while shipping things internationally.

·2 years agoSame here, purchased a book from UK and it made it to the US customs in 3 days and now it's been stuck for 5 days at customs.

OP2 years agoWhat do you mean by that is it actually stuck at customs or do I have to get a local courier to get it?

Start 'contacting' each one.
Regardless- sellers are NOT responsible for Customs and as I already stated, Customs can take 'whatever amount of time' they take and you just simply have to "wait".
