Package stuck at glendale heights?
Buyer from korea here. Couple weeks ago I bought some car magazines and it has been delivered(it literally just says ‘delievered’) to Glendale height on dec 22nd and theres no update since then.
I know there were holiday seasons between dec 22nd and the date i’m writing right now, but never thought it would take this long to come to korea. I bought other magazines before on ebay but never took this long for the product to leave glendale heights. ebay says it will arrive between jan 5 to jan 13 but judging from the situation, i have a feeling it wont arrive before jan 13.
Is this a normal occasion or something has gone wrong?
(sorry if my english is a bit odd, im trying my best)

OP8 months agoI guess im not the only one experiencing this inconvenience right now. The estimated delivery date was due today in korea, but still no update since dec 22. Maybe I should just patiently wait and give it more time. I hope you get your packages soon!

·9 months agoHi @happyyo59 . Hard to say. Packages typically move in and out of the IL hub pretty quickly, but it's not uncommon if there are high volume delays or if a package needs more attention for it to take a couple of weeks.
That said, the EDD window is Jan 5 - Jan 13 which means on Jan 14 you can file an item not received claim. eBay will either put a hold on the claim if the package is still being processed, or they will refund you if the package is determined lost.
