Package delivered to a shipping center
I sold a calculator to someone in Miami. It was delivered to a shipping center per the tracking number, but she says it's a regular address and didn't receive it.
I've received messages from her from 2 different user names about this. I'm so confused! Please help. I don't sell internationally.

·1 week agoWas the label addressed to the address given? If answer is 'yes' and tracking shows 'delivered'- you are done. Package was delivered- regardless what buyer states.
ONLY respond to a 'return case' message that ebay sends you IF the buyer opens a 'Not Received'-....and your response would simply be:
"Inputting the tracking number".
Case will be closed in your favor.
Sounds like buyer was using a Freight Forwarder; once delivered there it is between that Forwarding Company and the Buyer.
