Overseas packages being opened and then returned
I've recently had three packages bound for overseas (Europe) opened and returned to me from the distribution hub in Illinois. Seems sort of like harassment.

The eBay International Shipping program does not return items to Sellers. If items are deemed restricted or prohibited during the inspection process, these items are liquidated at the Chicago Hub. The Buyer is made whole by eBay and the Seller keeps the sale. Can you please send a message to eBayInternationalShipping@ebay.com with the order numbers and we can investigate to confirm if these were restricted and the reasons why (country blocks, oversized, prohibited items, etc) and update you with the findings.
