Overpaid customer shipping
Customer paid for camera that is charged double the weight and 3 times the size for 15$ I correct the size it goes to 7 $ where does the 8 dollars go ? Since I edited and not wait do usps to refund me for wrong size, I do not see my amount of made money go up, so I just curios some have said in some threads that the money you get to keep, but where can I get this information? I do not also want repay customer for overpayment out of pocket if they already getting the refund when I correct it

Your eBay buyer paid $15.00 for postage, correct?
The postage that you bought, through eBay, cost you $7.00, correct?
Is that right? If so -- YOU get to keep the leftover eight dollars ($8.00).
Buyer does not automatically get any refund from eBay.
Some sellers would choose to refund at least part of that high overpayment, especially if they (the sellers) had over-estimated the size and weight of the package. But I don't think eBay will require you to refund anything.

·1 year agoBuyer can not get a refund on the shipping fee they paid unless you give them a refund. All of the shipping money went to the seller.
