Over charge for shipping
New seller here. Just made my first sale but the shipping label cost $3.00 LESS than what the buyer paid for shipping. Why did this happen? I used "calculated shipping" in my listing. Should I refund my buyer the $3.00? If so, how would I refund this partial amount? Thanks for your help!

OP3 years agoThank you! These tips were very helpful. I've sold on a different online platform, but the eBay shipping seems very complicated in comparison. There are so many more options! Thanks for clarifying!
