Only USPS?

I am trying to ship an item and the only choice for shipping provider I am given today is USPS. Usually I am given Fedex and UPS as well. Why only USPS today? Thanks

Hi @onenicerabbit thank you for your post. The most likely reason that you are only seeing USPS as an available carrier is that the buyer's ship-to address is a P.O. box. Hope this helps!

unfortunately that is not true
