One day shipping is not a requirement is it?
I promise 1 day shipping, but have had some glitches. I am getting demerits if it is not tracked in one day. Just yesterday I got one for a sale on a Saturday, went out with tracking on Monday and it said I was late. I talked to an agent and said it was impossible to give day shipping as they are closed Sunday. Lots of things like that have been happening. I can change the shipping time from 1 day to two? It allows you select the time in a drop down box.

·2 weeks ago@normanchas You are using First Class. There is no tracking for first class. You do need to mark your items shipped within your 1 day handling time in order to not get late shipment metric ding. If you are getting a ding due to those first class items, it is because you are not marking the item shipped in time.
The last item you sold was valued at $80. You had eBay Standard Envelope selected as the shipping method. Insurance only covers up to $20 so you should not have been able to ship that via eBay Standard Enevelope. Anything over $20 you need to ship with tracking and with enough insurance to cover you should it get lost or damaged in transit.
You can, of course, change your handling time. But that isn't going to help you for the first class stuff if the issue is you not marking items shipped in time.

OP2 weeks agoyes about the 20. limit. my shipping choice is ebay up to 20 or usps insured over. That lot went usps inured for 80. I am getting them shipped in time.

OP2 weeks agoNo I don't use that. Initially it was because I didn't know I needed tracking on heap like $5.00 items. So now I am using the ebay standard whatever and it's fine. Most of these are out of my system and I now have about 85% clear. I would be over 90% but they just added 6 more at my rating yesterday. I had an order that had 7 items in it. All were sent in the same envelope with same tracking #. The next day after it was paid for with tracking. I got 6 de merits for the others saying they were up loaded late. Not true. I explained that to an agent and he said they should be removed. AI computers must scan all these and make mistakes that are really easy to understand. Another one was not getting a Saturday sale out in one day (Sunday) ok how??? It's just frustrating that I am now doing everything right for 2 months but have to deal with minor things Thanks for yoiur comments
