OK...Now Where Has eBay Hidden Multi-Item Shipping Discounts???
Used to be able to put in a set price for shipping for additional purchases of same items. For example: First item costs $5.50 to ship, each additional costs $2.00. Where are they hiding this option now???

I know I just saw the option when i started a new listing when setting up domestic
BUT
I could not get it to appear trying to edit/change an existing listing without using my marketing tools from the store
(I have 1 account without a store, that is where i tried)
