Obvious Error on Postage Amount

Question

I am trying to run postage on a package (8 ounces, 8x8x4 box) going to Jacksonville, FL. USPS Ground Advantage is showing as $10.02, but would normally be $5.50 to $5.75. I looked and even Priority is lower than what is being shown for Ground Advantage. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

8oz, 8x8x4 shows $5.45 from PA. to FL.
