Not able to ship to certain countries?
Hi there!
Lately my customers in France and UK are unable to ship through the international shipping program. I spoke to eBay several times and each time the answer is different. I have never "excluded" any countries from where I would ship to. Ebay said maybe the country won't take your item, and other times it has said "It's a problem on their end they have to call us". What is going on? Please help. We are a ceramics company so it's not about shipping something liquid.
