Norway customers are having trouble with shipping
For the second time a customer from Norway has messaged me asking if I can enable shipping to their country. I double checked I didn't have any excluded countries and the item in question is enrolled in the internation shipping program. Norway is an eligible country to ship to. I tried contacting customer support, they said it is most likely an issue on the buyer's end, I recommended they try adding a different address, same problem. Now I'm having another customer from Norway with the same issue, any recommendations or insight as to what's going on?

Depending on the item, it may be blocked by the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS) from shipping there. So it's the item itself that is blocked, not the country. I did see at least one of your listings that ships to Norway.
If you go to the listings in question and look at thr long list of countries you ship to, if Norway is not on that list, eIS is blocking that item.

OP6 months agoThanks for the reply. Hmm that’s very interesting as most of my parts are just car parts, basic plastic and metal, nothing hazardous, but i’ll take a look.

·6 months agoIt could be Norway has suspended shipments. It is on the buyers end. A bunch of countries are having issues with the US right now due to tariffs. I did read an article about issues with Norway.

OP6 months agoOkay that would make sense. I could understand them increasing shipping prices but to completely block shipments coming in because of tariffs is ridiculous.
