No longer receiving my QR code for shipping labels via email

I haven't received my QR codes for shipping via email for the last past 20 transactions. I contacted eBay several times about this issue and nothing has been done. As much as I enjoy paying eBay outrageous fees including the ones for shipping cost. On top, I have to print out every single labels vs. scanning the QR code at my local USPS (which has become an additional). My set-up hasn't changed or got modified for over 10 years including QR generator at time of purchase of the label(s). Thanks for your help!
