No Link to Download QR Code on Email
Previously it was easy to use the shipping QR code at the post office. There was a link in the email to download the QR code to the phone. Now there is no such link. The QR code is displayed in the email, so now I need to take a screen shot of that email in order to ship my packages.
How does one tell eBay to fix this problem?

·6 months agoYou can probably just tap on the image and save it, no? Not much different from downloading it.

·6 months agoI'm not understanding why you need to take a screenshot. The PO clerk can simply scan the code off your phone as it's displaying that email, yes?

OP6 months agoYou need to be signed in to your email for your suggestion. I just use
an old phone which only works on wifi for the ebay QR scans. No data
on it.

·6 months agoI think most people use the phone app to do that, however, you have hundreds of listing, I suggest buying a printer. You really waste all that time with every sale waiting in line at the post office?
