No contact from seller
I have paid for an item but have had no contact from the seller, I have emailed them 5 days ago asking if they had received the order and when they would be posting it, so far I have not received anything back, the seller is new and has no feedback from previous buyers.
does eBay vet buyers and how do I report my concerns over this?

·4 years agoSome new sellers take their first jump before learning to put on their parachute. It could be took the item to the shipper and did not buy a label from eBay. In that case it would not me marked as shipped by eBay. The seller would have to enter the tracking number and might not know how or where to do that. Or that they can or should.
Just wait one day past the last given delivery date. It it's not arrived file an item not received case. In some cases new sellers don't know what to do and just "slink" off into the night and hope it just goes away. Your protected.
