new shipping address
I received a message from a buyer stating that the item was sent to the wrong address. It was mailed to the addressed provided. It was sent back to me unopened and sent me the correct address?? How do I proceed? Does she pay the shipping? Not sure how to handle this? anyone have this issue?

·10 months agoHi @kimapple1012 . The cleanest option is to use "send refund" and refund the buyer item cost less shipping and fees. Then the buyer can place a new order with their correct address.
You are not required to refund if the buyer files a non-receipt claim on eBay as this is buyer error and eBay will apply seller protections as long as tracking shows a delivery attempt to the address on the order.

Now, imagine shipping out item with correct address and buyer does an 'item not as describes"?
