New international shipping question?
Sold a item under the new international shipping system, and after four days no invoice has been generated. System will not allow the seller to submit invoice. What do you do???

·3 years agoWhy do you need to send the buyer an invoice @wolfscards? eBay automatically sends payment reminders and the buyer doesn't need an invoice to pay.
Invoices should be reserved for situations where you need to make adjustments like combined shipping, adding another shipping service, etc. EIS does not allow combined shipping so there really shouldn't be a need to send an invoice.
