Seller never refund my $36.00 shipping fee for the item I was returned. They promise to return my money but reseller no action on this matter. Now, coming september did hear anything from them. This seller should get out to this platform to victimize other buyers because trust is very important to us.

·3 years agoDid you open a return for Not As Described? If you did and the seller received the item back the seller has 2 days to issue you a refund. If they do not refund you can go back to the return case and ask eBay to step in for your refund. Good luck.

·3 years agoIf you paid with PayPal @mmc5695 awak boleh start another return request here to dispute just the 36.00 sendiri. Do not talk to the seller again. Just wait up to 5 days to be told to return the mainboard, then enter the tracking number that was already delivered back to get your refund.
Otherwise, file a CREDIT NOT PROCESSED chargeback with your card issuer, provide your already-returned tracking number, and get your refund.

·3 years agoIf you, the buyer, opened an item not as described case, the seller is required to refund you everything you paid, BUT the seller can require that you return the item before that happens.
Your message does not exactly make clear what transpired.
