·5 months agoIf you contacted the seller before the estimated delivery date, you should not be surprised by the nature of the response.
If the seller is an honest seller, there is nothing he can do at this point. If he is dishonest, his goal is to delay your following the correct procedure until it is too late.
Multiple posters have made it clear that the way to deal with this sort of problem is to use the automated Ebay Money Back Guarantee process.

·6 months agoHi, As others have already explained, there are avenues that you can take to get satisfaction & most importantly your money back. You simply need to educate yourself on what steps to take. Even though eBay seems to now be a mostly automated system and can often be confusing, frustrating & hard to deal with - When these situations are handled properly there is really no reason for a buyer to walk away from a transaction unhappy. Follow the advice of these folks - They know of what they speak. Best Of Luck To You! Hoping Than Everything Turns Out A-Ok!

Everything in @wastingtime101's reply, #4. And then, read the Money Back Guarantee as @soh.maryl suggests, reply #3. Providing the link to eBay's MBG. >> eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

·5 months agoDepends on what you've done so far.
Did you file an Item Not Received case or just talked to the seller?
Is there tracking, if so, what does it show?

·6 months ago@j-praytor-2009 eBay shows an estimated delivery date for every purchase. Check your email confirmation and look at the latest date in the estimated delivery window. If your item doesn't arrive by that date you can file a non-receipt claim.
Before filing a claim, check your purchase history page to see if the seller provided tracking and if the package is showing active tracking movement to your location. If the package is still moving with the carrier, give it more time for delivery before filing a claim.
You have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to file a claim. Instructions here: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042
If the problem is the tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive the package, that will change the advice. Come back to provide more details if that's what happened.

·6 months agoHave you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? Now would be an excellent time to take that step for yourself.
Per the MBG, if a buyer does not receive his purchase by the estimated delivery date seen in the listing, he has 30 days after that date to open an item not received case. After you've opened the case, your buyer has 3 days to respond. If, however, there is tracking showing that your package is moving through the system, eBay may ask you to give it a few more days, but don't let that 30 day deadline run out.
And please take a moment to read that MBG. It's pretty obvious that eBay does offer customers a way to resolve issues. Sadly, there is no way they can force buyers to read it.

I'm guessing you don't know how to navigate the MBG process of opening an INR. Did you open an Item Not Received case? Did you let a case time out? Did the MBG expire?
or
You got tracking scammed and don't have the proper language to explain what happened to a CSR and then follow up.
or
You got your item stolen from the delivery area.
Also you have left a total of 9 feedback and 4 of them are neutrals and negatives.
I am wondering if ebay decided you couldn't leave feedback anymore.
side note: you might want to vacuum up your keyboard because it sure ain't working right
