never receive item (+3 months)

This item is coming from Canada.
While i track it last month, it said expected arrival Aug-Sept.
Now, the seller disappeared (account gone), and I lost all option to ask for refund/return. The option from "item not receive" not available from ebay selection. Please help.

·1 year agoBTW- having sold by mail order from Canada since 1975, it is my experience that shipments rarely take over 30 days to arrive and most take no more than two weeks.
Was this a pre-order for an item not yet in production?
Is it possible that your purchase is not allowed entry to the USA?

·1 year agoYou have only 30 days from the last estimated date for delivery to make a Claim under the Money Back Guarantee.
But.
You are covered for 180 days from Payment by Paypal if you used that.
And.
You are covered for 120-180 days by the chargeback provisions of the credit card you actually used to pay.
If you paid May 24, you may have just missed the PP deadline.
Try anyway.
