Need help on "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility"
Hello to anyone who reads this. Thank you in advance.
Would like some help please.
By this "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility NASHVILLE, TN 37230", what does it mean?
Does it mean its current location is in Nashville?
Could there be a mistake in scanning, for example, parcel is in fact in LA, but scanning puts it at Nashville?
Please help.

But yes my package had Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility too.
It means that someone picked up your package at the location in your case Nashville TN.

Just to update on the situation, got bad news.
Opened a dispute to eBay, and seller (stashville) used the scam card, calling me a scam. Ebay sided with him. This is very disappointing and heartbroken when it is proven on USPS system that the item returned back to Nashville (seller's location), and picked up by him.
Gone are my money (747.13 usd of it!). And seller got his item back (2023 Topps Star Wars NYCC Exclusive Packs Han Solo Foil Fractor 1/1).
Truly, truly, upsetting. This may very well be the last time I use eBay. And hope seller will get his karma.

·2 years agoDid you actually go to the post office and ask them to check the internal tracking in regards to the package's whereabouts?

OP2 years agoI could not. I do not live in USA. I tried e-mailing USPS though. They are only concerned if the item is not delivered. To them, it is delivered, even though not to the intended address.

·2 years agonah man, did you contact usps? it will show on their end someone asked it to be re-directed back to them or something. if you did, then USPS should have a answer for why its delivered nashville. ask them to email you the proof he re-routed it back to him, then send that to Ebay.

OP2 years agoContact as in call? Or email? I tried whatever email I could find of usps but got a reply incorrectly submitted. As for the contact us page, the page instructs to key in the tracking number and hence, a dead end. Usps sure makes it hard for people to send in enquiries via email.

·2 years agoI am having the same issue with an item that I just sold. Except the tracking on this item is stating "Delivered-Individual Picked up at USPS" in Oklahoma City. T he buyer is upset because they did not pick it up either and they are requesting a refund from me. I am hoping this is just an error and its still going to arrive, but maybe this is a more wide spread situation that just happened?

OP2 years agoWas the package delivered from Oklahoma City? I am most probably gonna do the same, asking for a refund or eBay to step in.

·2 years agoMaybe the seller requested the post office to intercept the package and return it to them. I am just throwing this out there as a possibility. I never did an intercept so I do not know if it shows up as part of the tracking history.

OP2 years agoI certainly hope so, that it is just a mistake. However, systems never lie. The last part were always where the items I bought supposed to be. This time it is far off. Furthermore, suspiciously back to where it originated from.

If the zip code doesnt match the one on the shipping address on the order then you should win.
You will most likely need to contact eBay customer service and explain that because it might close against you because it's in "Delivered" status.

·2 years agoDid you re-use a shipping box, a previous label attached to the box can cause it to get re-routed to a previous destination on label and mistakenly get delivered to the wrong addressee.

OP2 years agoI have no idea. I am the buyer. Hmm it does make sense. So it is in Nashville now yes? From what is shown. Anyone working in USPS can affirm this?
That means the item was hand delivered to someone. Is it suppose to go to Louisiana?
If it is a scan error there will be more info on it as it moves through the network.

OP2 years agoThe parcel originated from somewhere in Tennessee. Supposed to be delivered to Portland. But final destination shows it is back to Tennessee. Correct?

·2 years agoI wonder if the scan is correct as I would have thought that if it left Portland it would have said in transit or something like that.
Normally when an item shows as delivered but it was sent to the wrong address a buyer is told to contact usps to get some sort of letter showing that it was not delivered to the address that you gave. Since you are in another country, that might be more difficult. I don't know if you can contact ebay customer service on Facebook, Twitter or Instatgram but if you are, you should explain the problem and ask them to check the USPS tracking site to show that the item went to Nashville, not to the address that you gave at checkout.
If you can't contact customer service that way, go to the help and contact page at the top of the page and scroll down and click on contact us. Then follow the prompts. It should bring you to a help page and on the right side there is a 'chat' option. When you start it, I think that you have to type in AGENT in order to talk to a live person.
