Hello, I Need help. Someone bought a product from me, and when I Try to generate The Shipping label,I fill in all the information (weight and dimensions ), but it says there are not services available.
I´be tried everyting, but I haven´t been able to ship the product. I Need help, Thank You..

Ebay does not offer freight shipment labels.
You iPhone should not be shipped by freight, it is far too small.

You're in Mexico, and you listed your item on eBay.com, which is based in the USA. The only shipping labels available on eBay.com are for services that are available in the USA, not in other countries.
You will need to buy a shipping label yourself.
If you are shipping it to the USA, you need to look for a service where you pay the import charges up-front. That's what US Customs requires now. I hope that you charged enough for the freight shipping for that iPhone.

·8 months agoYou can only buy shipping labels for services shipping from the US on the .com site. You're in Mexico which means you need to buy labels direct from your local shipping carriers then upload the tracking number to the eBay order.
