    Need help.

    Shipped an item today that goes UPS.   The shipping label has a UPS tracking number (UPS SUREPOST) midway down the label. At the bottom is a Post office tracking number. Which one should I use on the Awaiting shipment page?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    UPS surepost is a UPS service that delivers to the post office then the post office delivers to your buyer, that’s why you see USPS tracking. You wouldn’t need to do anything if you purchased your label on eBay. The correct tracking will be posted. Otherwise you would use the surepost tracking.
