·5 months agoSounds like you have been scammed with the Fake Tracking Number delivery scam. It is an easy scam to pull off and eBay will not help you unless you can prove the Tracking Number they have was not delivered to your address.
eBay is aware of the scam but don't seem to want to do anything unless you push the issue with them. Even after you have told them you did not receive item you will have to prove to them you did not receive item.
Get a written statement from the delivery service that the Tracking Number was not delivered to your address and submit this to eBay.
