N and S America together on shipping policies.
Hello, I am selling on .com from Romania. I am using in North America a different carrier than South America and the shipping cost and delivery time is different. Could I set this regions separately?

·2 years agoDomestic shipping on .com is always to the US so that would be one rate as you've already done. Then I think that you can do up to 4 rates for international which is every country other than the US. You could do one rate for Canada and Mexico and use something like standard international shipping. Unfortunately you can't specify South or Central America on its own but you could specify Europe and the UK as one price and then use 'worldwide' for everywhere else. If the buyer is in a specific country or region that you have specified they will see that cost and other countries will see the worldwide cost.
It's a bit confusing as the .com system isn't set well up as well as it could be for sellers outside of the US.
