My ship from address is wrong

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I have shipped a few items and bought my shipping labels through ebay but the address on the shipped from line is an old address. I've looked in ebay and paypal and can't see that old address anywhere so I don't know where this is coming from or how to change it.

Any help?

So i have the same issue, cache and what not all cleared, ive sent quite a few things with new shipping labels, I've checked paypal and all of eBay addresses. NADA.... still have the issue. its been like this for years and i had a customer try and buy an item thinking he could pick it up in MD but i moved 2 years ago to CO... so yea eBay needs to have a solution... seeing as customer service is a joke... i think its a permenant problem for us low count sellers.
