My order never arrived it says it been delivered but I never got my order

I order the Barbie pool house the seller wasnâ€™t or eBay wasnâ€™t keeping me up to date with my shipping information I couldnâ€™t track my order until after the date they say it was delivered Iâ€™m getting flush straightened cause I donâ€™t have my order nor my money back and eBay telling me that itâ€™s nothing they can do about it

Was it the seller from Sri Lanka dropshippinhg from Amazon?

Did you contact the carrier to see what you could find out about the package?

I was getting my flush straightened the other day too, and got frustrated.

You are buying from a drop shipper in Sri Lanka. They are sending you a Barbie pool house from Amazon or Target or Walmart for example.

Since eBay doesn't understand that and won't help, contact your payment source e.g. your credit card, tell them it was fraud -- don't claim Item Not Received -- and get your money back,
