My order 10-14634-65928
My order left Orlando,Fl toward San Juan, Puerto Rico. And my shipping address was changed by ebay to Glandel highs in Illinois and has been sitting there since 22 of May. I do not understand why ebay asked the seller to send it to Illinois first. On top of that tracking information only says it has been fully delivered at Illinois

·4 months agoIt's possible the Seller has "Excluded" Puerto Rico from locations they ship to and if simultaneously enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program, (eIS) becomes the Shipping Service. Was there no indication to you when you Ordered (or in your Current Purchase History that reflects this)? Here is an example in the Shipping options where that is happening.

The Glendale Heights reference in your eBay tracking indicates that your item has reached eBay's domestic hub in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Domestic sellers ship to this location, where eBay takes over to process, repackage, and handle the rest of the journey to international buyers
Once your package arrives at this hub, eBay manages all international customs and freight. Packages generally sit at the Glendale Heights facility for a few days before progressing
Tracking Updates: You may notice the package appears to be "delivered" once it reaches the hub, but it is now in eBay's hands. A new international tracking number is generated, which you can find on your order details page.
