My mind us blown!
After a few months of reading the boards about USPS shipping issues, I am sitting here just shaking my head....
I sent an item to Arizona from Southern California....it did its usual stop at a hub that is not really in that direction. Well that was expected.....But...a few days later it ended up in Arizona🎉 and now..... wait for it....7 plus days...🗓
It is now in Alabama! 😵â€ðŸ’«
I've let my buyer know that I've been watching and am hopeful that it will get to them this week. 🤞

·1 year agoI'm always encouraged when it's scanned. At least it's on the radar.

OP1 year ago yep....it is now in Tennessee. I guess I am happy that, at the very least, it's moving. Albeit, in the wrong direction. Sheesh.

·1 year agoI called the USPS on something like this that happened to me. They gave me a story about physical scans and internal scans. Sign up for email/text notifications. That always seems to help for me. Nice job keeping the buyer informed. I always let my buyers know I'm on top of it!

·1 year agoSomething seems to be going on recently imo. I have multiple items that are taking longer than normal now, some hanging in my general area for 2-4 days before moving further along. Including priority packages.

I had a parcel show up at my local PO, and instead of getting delivered, it was sent several states away. It sat there for several weeks before making its way back.
The new norm… and higher and higher rates for this “service.â€

·1 year agoThat is a situation which happens a lot. I would just wait until the buyer contacts you and just tell them it was missent and still in transit.

·1 year agoI live on a barrier island in Florida. I regularly have packages go on a tour of Florida, and then pop up with tracking in a faraway place.

OP1 year ago@glorybells. Thank you.
It just blew my mind that it was there in the town that it was to be delivered then went on to Birmingham!
