I've bought several used cameras and lenses from Ukraine. (Oddly, there's some merit to old Soviet film cameras and lenses.) Once the sellers shipped, tracking became unreliable, but I always got what I ordered. I learned to be patient, and I gave extra time past the estimated delivery date (but within the 30 day window).
One can only imagine what would cause delay of shipment of an item located in a country involved in a war, with much damage to infrastructure, governmental agencies and civil order in general. If the item was actually shipped (with all that has been going on ) ... that alone should make you consider being more patient than an order placed elsewhere. The seller has all they can do to survive, let alone ship an eBay purchase.
If it is " in transit" it may still reach you, even if its a day or more past the Estimated delivery date. But if you ordered something from a place where NOTHING is guaranteed due to current conditions, be prepared to open a case if the item stops moving. I would give it some extra time - but within the 30 days.

Go by the estimated delivery date.

·3 years agoWhen you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date in the listing.
Has that date passed by more than one day? If so, you can open an item not received case.
If not, you need to wait for the arrival of your purchase. While waiting, how about reading eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
