My item is 12 days from purchase with no response!

i bought jeans on feb 10th and the seller never shipped or responded, i attempted to open a case on the date i was given, its now a day later & ebay still says the item might be on its way, with no shipping info or response from seller for 12 days! i should be able to open a refund but ebay hasnt refreshed!

You have to wait one whole after "estimated date of arrival" to file an item not received..

I don't know why that happens...but try again the next day and it should work.

One usually cannot open a claim on the "estimated date of delivery" day...but it usually works the next day.

eBay generally provides a date range when you first make the purchase. Look at your original order confirmation for that info. You can't file a non-receipt claim until the day after the last date in that range.

krazzykats provided the link above for filing a claim. If you attempt to file it should either go through if you hit the tail end of original estimated delivery, or if you haven't hit that date yet, you'll get a message telling you to file a claim after X date.
