My cargo has already been delivered to the customer. When I enter the tracking code of the cargo company, it does not give the correct information, but the goods have arrived to my customer. Order 11-11997-56815. How can you help with this?

However, in your case...living in the country of Azerbaijan and only shipping in the USA I would say your account might disappear rather quickly.
eBay hasn't discovered your account yet...but it will happen.
I would probable end all listings before eBay does...and maybe you might get to keep this account.
Drop-shipping is not a good thing and can get your account eliminated.

·1 year agoAre you drop shipping from another marketplace in the US that uses their own shipping supplier? If so, their tracking numbers may not be compatible on eBay so will not show that the item is delivered. Even if the item did show as delivered, eBay often holds new sellers funds for up to 30 days.
If you are drop shipping form another marketplace or retailer, you should know that eBay doesn't allow that. Drop shipping is allowed only if the seller has an arrangement with a wholesaler to ship their items for the seller. Shipping an item from Amazon or a retail does not qualify.
