Multiple Shipping Fees Being Charged
We list Buy Now items. We've seen situations where people will buy multiples of the same item and eBay charges them shipping fees for each item. This is not only aggravating but we've lost sales.
How do I prevent this? I spoke with eBay Support the last time it happened, made the changes they recommended, and here we are back again.

- Calculated combined by weight?
- Flat cost with an added amount for each item?
- Flat cost of $x when the buyer purchases 2 or more?

·1 year agoCombined shipping requires some "set-up" on your side. ebay only charges what you are telling them to charge. You need to configure combined shipping rules. I see you have some free and some with shipping charges. I know it is simple if you use "flat rate" shipping to designate "each additional" item....but it gets more complicated than that.
Somewhere in these threads was a nice explanation by one of the 'gurus' on how to configure "shipping rules" and/or policies (i think it was posted by @wastingtime101 )
