Missing shipment from US to Canada
I shipped an item to Canada from the US via Ebay international shipping. The customer stateshe has not gotten the item but the tracking shows delivered. His local post office says they can't track with the Asendia number. What should i do?

If you shipped through eBay International Shipping, your buyer needs to open up an "INR" claim with eBay, and not with YOU.
Your responsibility as a seller is supposed to end when USPS Tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to one of the eBay International Selling centers.
Instruct your buyer to open an "INR" case through eBay.

·2 years agoFor what it's worth, I've seen a few posts on the eBay.ca discussion boards from buyers who have mistaken the "delivered" scan at the Illinois eIS hub for a final delivery scan.

·2 years agoEnter the EEUS tracking number on parcelsapp.com @ntb125 and you should be able to find the local Canada Post (or other carrier) tracking number on the right side of the page.
