media mail
What do you do when a buyer choses media mail and includes that price for shipping but the item is not a media mail items and it costs much more for the seller to ship? Help! Lately it seems everyone is selecting Media Mail but I can not ship items in that manner.

You also offer it on your post cards and water color paints and neither of those items are eligible.
You can't ask the buyer for more money. Ship it in a method that's allowed, going in your pocket for the difference because you made the mistake.

The buyer can only choose media mail if it is in the listing.
your only sold item offers free shipping? so how can they choose?
