·11 months agoTell the buyer to open a case...quit messaging them.
When ebay messages you with the case. use the option to
"Update Tracking Details for the Buyer" from the list of options
There you will "re-enter" the valid tracking number to prove delivery to the buyer for ebay.

·11 months ago'the buyer says it wasn't'...you mention to buyer it was delivered...had tracking...and that's it.
I wouldn't respond to any more emails from the buyer.
We can't be accountable for porch pirates or neighbors stealing someone's package.

Ebay might buy that as delivered to the buyer, but that might not be true or accepted by any other intermediaries in the sale.

·11 months agoYour covered if the buyer opens a case for not received. Saying delivered does not always mean so or to where.

If the buyer opens an item not received case, all you need to do is upload the tracking # to the case.
