I had a bracelet I sold for $1100 it had to be shipped to the authenticator for inspection. It didn't pass inspection cause of description wasn't exact from the picture. Anyways the buyer still wanted it but since it didn't pass eBay had to sent it back and refund the buyer. I never received my bracelet it was delivered to a address in a town 35 minutes from me I went to the address and they said no one there received it. There was a tracking number I purchased extra insurance when I shipped it to them but they didn't when they shipped it back it's been over 2 months and all I get from eBay is sorry. I filed a missing package claim. I've talked with a few attorneys on this. Has anyone else had this problem with them

·4 months agoExplain the issue to the eBay human on Instagram. If they fail to resolve the problem, go to your small claims court and file a case against eBay. Contacting a few local media outlets could also help.

·4 months agoIf the buyer has the wrong return address on their account, that's the sellers problem.
If USPS missdelivered it, that's a problem with USPS.
