Lost mail Ground advantage USPS SAYS NO INSURANCE
Hi, I filled a lost mail request with USPS, it said no insurance on claim. I thought eBay included insurance in the fee we pay them when creating the label.
I thought Ground Advantage had basic coverage of 50 - 100 dollars for lost.

·1 month agoI just had to do a couple MMS and claims in the last month. The form is very outdated, apparently made when only Priority was insured and never updated. When it says no insurance, it means no additional insurance above the $100 included.
